This is a tomato horn worm. And it’s killing our tomato plants. I hate them. They’re a couple inches long and get really fat when they eat my beautiful heirloom plants.

So gross! Is their a bug killer that you can sprinkle around to keep them away?
Comment by California Girl :o) August 6, 2008 @ 8:39 pmThere isn’t! They say the only bug killers available for horn worms are for commerical farmers. home gardeners just have to check the plants every day and kill them. It’s gross. And they’re hard to see, since they love to hide under the leaves.
